EFT Tapping

A hands-on technique for releasing what talking alone hasn't shifted, trauma triggers, anxiety, and stress that's stuck in the body as much as the mind.

No talking cure requiredWorks with the body and nervous system directly, not only the story.
A tool for home tooLearn a technique you can keep using yourself, between sessions.

Do you struggle with any of the following?

  • Anxiety that won't settle
  • An overthinking mind, and thought patterns you're ready to change
  • Feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated
  • A nervous system stuck in overdrive, struggling to regulate
  • Old wounds, resentments, or a past that still feels raw
  • Struggling to return to balance after stress
  • Low self-acceptance or self-love

When talking isn't enough

"In only two sessions I already feel results that many years of therapy didn't resolve."

Many people come to this having already tried plenty of talk therapy, and still carry a trigger, a fear, or a stress response that fires before they've had a chance to think. That's because trauma and chronic stress live in the nervous system, not only in the story you tell about them. Working through it in words alone doesn't always reach the part of you that's still bracing for impact.

Why tapping works differently

"She gave me a wonderful session that left me clearer on my concern, and much calmer. I already feel things beginning to shift."

EFT pairs gentle tapping on a sequence of points on the face and body with naming the issue directly, out loud, without softening it. That combination seems to calm the stress response in a way that talking alone often can't reach on its own. It's common to notice a real physical shift inside a single session, shoulders drop, breathing slows, a memory that felt sharp starts to feel more like something that happened, rather than something still happening.

Sessions are available one-to-one and privately. Kate also runs a monthly Tapping Circle, a group session for people who'd rather do this work alongside others.

What to expect

A focused conversation

Naming what's actually bringing you in, so the session has a clear target.

Rating the intensity

So the shift can be tracked honestly, not just assumed.

Tapping through it

Together, naming the feeling directly, repeated and adjusted each round.

Checking back in

Re-rating the intensity, and deciding if another round is needed.

[Add real session length and pricing, and current Tapping Circle dates, before publishing.]

If something specific keeps coming back, that's usually the place to start.
