Foraging & Herbalism
Hands-in-the-dirt sessions in identifying, gathering, and using wild plants safely, from common edibles to their herbal uses.
This might be for you if...
- You're a complete beginner who wants to forage safely, without guessing
- You want herbalism as a practical, everyday skill, not a theoretical one
- You're looking for a reason to be outside and off your phone for a few hours
- You're already doing the EFT or HSP work and want to go deeper into the nature side of it
Knowing what's actually safe to pick
Most people walk past dozens of edible and medicinal plants every week without recognising a single one, and the ones who are curious enough to want to learn are often too nervous to forage on their own, because getting it wrong isn't a small mistake.
Foraging Fun Workshops exist to close that gap safely, in person, walking the ground with someone who actually knows it.
Identification first, always
Each session moves between plant identification outdoors, safe foraging technique, and simple preparation, teas, infusions, and other everyday uses for what's been gathered. It's as much about learning to slow down and actually pay attention to a hedgerow or a woodland floor as it is about the plants themselves.
What to expect
